The Mishpat Iudicium: Jesus on Trials.

A lot of people having undertaken to compose a narrative of the events that took place in the time of Jesus, according to what those who were eyewitnesses from the beginning transmitted to us and became ministers of the word, it also seemed good to me, after having done precise research on all these things since their origin, and having imagined this narrative, to expose them to you in a novelised way, excellent reader, so that you recognize the certainty of the teachings you have received.

Jesus' Crucifixion

In this book, the reader will discover some of the deepest secrets of Jesus trials and condemnation. There are still many things to say on the Crucifixion event.

There are four things that made Gamaliel think about Jesus' crucifixion: an earthquake, darkness in the middle of the day, the resurrection of several dead people, and the tearing of the temple veil.

Nicodemus joins Joseph to bury Jesus. It was Joseph who asked Pilate for the body of the deceased from Pilate. He will tell Nicodemus the details of their meeting. And the latter will ask him questions that will help to understand the role of the Great Assembly and the Romans in this event.

After that, they will go to the house of Lazarus who welcomed Mary, the mother of Jesus, to present their condolences to her, while waiting for the third day after the crucifixion. In Jewish tradition, women visit the sepulcher three days after the burial of the corts.

Along the way, they encounter Gamaliel. Joseph and Nicodemus, although members of the Sanhedrin too, did not attend Jesus' trial. Gamaliel, did! During the discussion, Gamaliel recounts how it happened. How Caiaphas and the Sanhedrin condemned Jesus and how the trial went. He gave and interpreted every point of the trial. The other two men will lead him to recognize the irregularities that have marred him. Little by little, things become clear and the secrets of Jesus' trial and crucifixion are revealed and the protagonists begin to understand the meaning of certain prophecies... Far beyond what one could imagine.

Arrived at the house where the relatives of Jesus met, they are welcomed by Lazarus. He sadly recounts how he was brought back to life by Jesus a week earlier, while he had let himself be taken and crucified a few days later. The three men asked to see the mother of Jesus to offer their condolences. Gamaliel tries to justify himself.

Simon of Cyrene arrives, accompanied by his wife and two sons. He tells how he was forced to take the cross from Jesus. He did not have a choice. A Roman centurion shows up on the second day and says he wants to pay homage to the great man who cured one of his servants at his request. Everyone pays homage to him, and no one understands why he was crucified.
